Warranty

1-Year Limited Warranty and Lifetime Technical Support

Every IronPeak machine ships with a 1-year limited warranty on materials and workmanship, plus lifetime technical support from our U.S.-based team. Cover starts on the day the machine is delivered.

What is covered

Defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the delivery date.
Engine, hydraulic pump, control valve, swing motor, travel motors and structural welds.
Replacement parts supplied free of charge, shipped to you in the contiguous 48 states.

What is not covered

Normal wear items: filters, fluids, rubber track pads, bucket teeth, cutting edges, hoses, belts, fuses and bulbs.
Damage from misuse, overloading, collision, neglect, unauthorised modification or operating outside the specifications in the operator manual.
Damage from skipped maintenance, wrong fluids, contaminated fuel or freezing.
Freight damage - that is handled as a freight claim, see the Refund Policy.
Loss of use, downtime, rental of a substitute machine or any other indirect loss.

How to make a claim

Email contact@ironpeaks.us with your order number, the machine model and a description of the fault.
Attach photos or a short video of the fault and a photo of the hour meter.
Our technical team responds within one business day and, where possible, diagnoses over the phone.
If a part is needed we ship it free of charge. Most parts leave within 24 to 48 hours.

Lifetime technical support

Technical support does not expire with the warranty. Call or email us at any point in the life of the machine for setup help, maintenance guidance, troubleshooting or parts identification - Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.

Keeping the warranty valid

Follow the service schedule in the operator manual, use the specified fluids and filters and keep your receipts. Routine maintenance carried out by the owner does not void the warranty.
