Shipping Policy

IronPeak ships every machine crated by LTL freight to the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states).

Cost

Freight is free on every machine to the contiguous 48 states. The freight cost is already included in the price shown on the product page - there is no shipping charge added at checkout.

Dispatch and transit

Orders are inspected, crated and dispatched within 2 business days.
LTL freight transit takes 6 - 9 business days after dispatch.
Total time from order to delivery is typically 8 to 11 business days.

How delivery works

Machines ship strapped to a heavy timber crate on an LTL freight trailer.
Delivery is curbside. The carrier calls ahead to book a delivery appointment with you.
A liftgate is available on request. Tell us at checkout or email contact@ironpeaks.us after ordering.
Someone aged 18 or over must be present to sign for the delivery.
Please inspect the machine before signing and note any freight damage on the delivery receipt. Photograph anything that looks wrong and email us the same day.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the contiguous 48 United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO boxes or international addresses.

Tracking

You receive a confirmation email as soon as the machine leaves our facility. You can follow your order at any time on our Track Your Order page using the order number from that email.
