By using this website and placing an order with IronPeak, you agree to these terms.

Products and specifications

Product descriptions and specifications are provided in good faith and may be updated without notice. Minor variations in finish, fittings and supplied accessories can occur between production batches. Engine brands named in a description (for example Kubota or Yanmar) identify a component of the machine and do not imply that the machine is manufactured or endorsed by that engine maker.

Prices and orders

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and include free freight to the contiguous 48 states.
We reserve the right to correct pricing, specification or description errors, and to cancel and fully refund an order affected by such an error.
Orders are subject to acceptance and to product availability.
Promotional pricing, bundles and countdown offers are limited-time and limited-stock and may end or change at any time without notice.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Financing and pay-monthly options may be offered at checkout by our payment providers and are subject to their eligibility criteria and approval - IronPeak does not make the credit decision.

Safe operation

Operation of heavy equipment is at the owner's risk. Read the operator manual before use, follow all supplied safety guidance, wear appropriate protective equipment, call your local utility locating service before digging and never allow an untrained person to operate the machine. IronPeak is not liable for injury, property damage or loss arising from improper operation, modification or maintenance of a machine.
